The train 2488 SEEMANCHAL EXP is running most of the times. Today it is running late by 17 hours. The people like me who purchased a tatkal ticket is in great trouble.
Do Indian railway understand the importance of time??
I wonder when our people would understand the value of time.
The time should be strictly followed......thx
