Indian Railways - Train running info not available at station

Dear sir,
I booked a reservation in a special train started by railways, Chennai Express train no. - 06006 from Kollam to Chennai Central. The train wasscheduled to arrive at Tiruvalla station at 12.45pm. Till 4.35pm there was no expected time of train's arrival at the Tiruvalla station. I have a connecting train from Chennai Central and with this type of your aforesaid best services, I am bound to miss my train. I hope you realise my plight and take some concrete actions to improve your service. Cleanliness of trains is not that important as it being punctual is. Just by announcing a special train does not solve the problem, it should provide the.service which it should. Thanking you.
