Indian Railways - Train did not halt at a scheduled halt

Secunderabad-Mumbai LTT Super Fast Deepawali AC Special/02220 did not stop at Begumpet today (Nov 11th) in spite of having a scheduled halt. Almost 100 passengers were stranded at Begumpet station. Later, upon informing the railway authorities, the train was halted at Lingampally. Passengers were taken to Lingampally station by a local train. 02220 is scheduled to proceed only after all the passengers reach Lingampally. This resulted in a 1 hour 30 min delay. The train is still at Lingampally, yet to start.

We are travelling on the pnr number 444 5953257. The train has a scheduled halt at Begumpet at 10:15 PM.

The status on TrainEnquiry.com shows "Data Not Received" at Begumpet station. I have attached a screenshot.
