Indian Railways - train complaint

i was travelling from Mumbai cst to kolhapur by a shyadri express
i booked from cst mumbai to kolhapur
i started journy at 5.50pm and what i see the people who is not reserved was seating on my coach on my bearth as we havent got comfortable seat.
MR T C came who didnot check the ticket of that people instead the checked the ticket of other ppl who showed him. as we paid for bearth from cst mumbai untill kolhapur
we got our bearth after pune. this is not fair that we paid full amount for bearth from cst. you have to enquire about this and take a strict action about the people and also on the tc
