Train No 02864 on 30th Oct 2013 due to flood
So I filled TDR on 30th Oct 2013 for PNR Number: 4501388138. Till Now I have not received the Refund Amount.

From YPR to BHC
So when Should I expect the refund amount. How many days it will take please update
Though it passed one month but nothing is update from your side, Train Cancelled is this passengers fault or what , Could not understand.
