I have filled the tdr for PNr No:-2********0 , as train was cancelled and now after three month my refund was not given stating reason 17078-SER/6 Refund was not claimed within prescribed time.

But as per railway rule if for some for reason person is unable to cancel the ticket in given time ,he can fie tdr and full refund will be given if train is cancelld .



And when I am calling on number 01123345900 no one is picking the call .
