I had ordered three pants costing Rs. 899/- from seller IMS (Inceptra pooja.wadhawan@imsmercantiles.in
from Tradus.in website and my order number is 11032797 and my order was
sent by TrackOn Courier via Docket number: Dkt no- 3******** on Dt- 01.11.13 however,
until now we haven't receive anything. My mother went to Trackon Courier Kothrud office as the online
tracking tool on TrackOn courier website shows that the product is at their Kothrud-Pune office.
We have so far called on the following mobile/landline numbers related to TrackOn Couriers'
Staff 020-********/ 26/ 27 (Pune H.O.), 02032931376 (Koregaon park Office, Pune)
02025460086 (Kothrud Offfice, Pune), Manoj- ********23, Kotnis-********76, Gajanan- ********47,
Sanjay Patil-********36, Dayanand- ********39, 02032530254, ********16 and a few others.
My mother was made to wait for four hours in Trackon courier Kothrud office and we didn't get any polite
or proper answer regarding our shipment. We haven't got anything except rude and vague answers from the
staff of this courier company, hence, I request for a strong action against this irresponsible and possibly fraudulent courier company.
