I had sent Mangoes from Trackon Couriers in J P Nagar, 2nd phase, Bangalore on 28th May 2011 - consignment number 23247956. I had confirmed with the Trackon representative, Satish, if sending Mangoes was alright. I even packed it in front of him. The courier was from Bangalore to Lucknow and weighed 4.5 kgs. The cost of the Mangoes was about Rs.250 and the courier cost, Rs.600. The Mangoes were raw. The Mangoes were returned from Delhi just after 2 days and i've been trying to find out the reason and also what happens to the money i spent in vain. Spoke to Satish once and he spoke quite rudely. Also spoke to Monica in the Domlur head office, she asked me to talk to Satish. Emailed the issue to the head office but got no response from their either. What does one do?

till date my document is not delivered. This courier service is the worst of all in Guwahati. document with consign-247114800 has been sent from Jaipur on 24/06/11. Staff in Ghy are unaware of it when enquired, while jaipur says it has reached ghy on 27/06/11. what type of service is this. any how trace it out.
