I do not understand the means of totally useless facility of Internet based e-ticket booking which could only possible at 8.00 am but in continuously there are almost website hang up up to 30 minutes probaly not because of high rush at sight only but also might be of some deliberate problems created by someone at website.
If Railway is sincerely providing facility of e-booking then such type of hang up at right time of TATKAL booking rush is not acceptable by society which is paying hafty tax to Governement for shake of some basic Facility.
These situations are mushrooming the unauthorised agents having setting up between GRP, Railway Police & Booking Clerk of Railaways with Local Agents for creating hypes and manipulation of booking rates up to Rs. 1000 per seat of hardly Rs. 300-400 ticket charge only of sleeper.
I do not understand why the Government machineries leaving the place for propogation Agents and ruining the image of government machineries.
Is there any one to have pain on this burning issue ?
