I traveled with PNR#134-7052084 from Nellore to Secundrabad by train # 0709 on dt:12-09-2010 with mentioned as arrival time at Secundrabad as IST 09-10 on 13-09-2010.But it is reached to destination by IST 12-30.Its too delay which make inconvenience me.If I had appointment with others I will be lost it.As you well aware of value of time its very bad of improper maintenance of punctuality by the railway department.I hope it will not repeated in future.Thats why I lodged this complaint for improvement of your service.
