Travelling - Tnstc bus conductor has speaks bad words

I was travelling from Coimbatore to nagercoil by bus No TN 74 1179, (time 10.30 pm ) on 14 th October 2010. The has speaks bad words. And i was mentally affected by the words which he speaks. He should be punished by the government littrealy. I was not able to note the conductor name. ( no batch) . So i would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor.
