I have booked returned flight ticket from TravelChaCha.com in Spicejet form Pune to Delhi and back Delhi to Pune on 11-Aug-2010 for Travel Dt: 26-Aug-2010 with TravelChaCha Ref ID: ANQKGL, ANQJHO respective amount Rs.7386 and Rs.6284. I waited for tickets till 23-Aug-2010, but didn't received any, so I postponed my journey to 29 Aug and booked ticket from Yatra.
I got a call from them on 24 Aug for my booking in Indigo Flight, I asked them to refund the money as they didn't make the booking in desired Airline. The girl from TravelChaCha assured me that total money will refunded in 48 hours and will be credited to my credit card, also I will be receiving email from them regarding the refund.
I haven't received any email from them till date and even they are not responding to my emails. I tried to reach on them from customer nos. 1800116622,01145080808, still no response.
I feel like cheated as customer support is bad. It seems TravelChaCha doesn't follow any online business ethics.
I strongly appeal to leading Bank gateways like SBI/CITI/HDFC/ICICI to review the business policy of TravelChaCha website and stop such kind of online frauds.
I believe that this forum will help me to get my money back from the TravelChaCha and will help other consumers to stop using TravelChaCha fraud website.

This is to share with all of you that i have booked flight tickets from travelchacha.com in the month of august 2010 & at that time company is facing some technical problem in their portal. So, i won't got my tickets on time.
But i got my full refund & as i had promised to write this thing clear about the company on net, so i am posting this comment. They kept their promises.

This is to discuss with you that I had booked travel tickets from travelchacha.com at very low prices in the month of august 2010, but got the tickets very late.
At that time, I was thinking that may be i have blocked my money in a fake website, but luckily i got my tickets.
One of my friend also told me that he had recently booked flght tickets from travelchacha.com & got tickets on time. There problems are solved & now the portal is running successfully.

This is regarding my online air ticket bookings from travel portals.
I have cross checked with lots of travel portals about various flight bookings & analysed that travelchacha.com has lowest airfare as compare to others. so finally i had booked my tickets from travelchachacha.com & got evrything on time.
This is something best about the company.

I have booked online sumo car from travelchacha.com & it was a really good experience.
I am not used their other services, but i can say that they have best online car rental facilities.

This is to share with you that i am in marketing job & use to travel from one state to another. So, i use to book airline tickets from various travel portals.
But surprisingly, i found that travelchacha.com is one of the cheapest travel portal with best offers. so, i disgree with all these bad reviews about travelchacha.com
It is established company with good no. of clientele.

I support this complaint. And i am also facing the same issue.
I have called htem almost 50 times and all they can do is nothing. This is really pathetic and they are completely fraud.
Its been almost 45 days and i haven't received my Refund. Please check into it and take serious action against them.
I swear i will never book a ticket again using their portal and will suggest others not to use it either.
