My native place is at Indore(M.P) & my job is at Nagda Junction. I use to travel from Nagda to Rajendranagar which is presently located at meter gauge & is a part of Indore city. when I request to give the direct ticket from Rajendranagar to Nagda junction the window supervisor give ticket upto Indore station only & from there we have to take ticket upto Nagda. Earlier they give direct tickets but now did not have tickets. when I talked with station master he replied that they had raised the indent but did not get tickets from there main office. As the meter gauge train reaches main station of Indore we don't have enough time to buy ticket from Indore to Nagda. Sir, if you iether restart the direct tickets or immediately start computer tickets so that public will get direct tickets from Rajendranagar itself as presently there is facility of railway reservations.
