West Tambaram:
1. Out of 10 ticket distributing counters, only 3 are operational
2. As there are no police personal to keep the line organized, many people are passing the money to buy tickets.
3. At times Ticket Vending Machine is not working. So the official has to use the computer to type the destination and take the print out. This is taking a considerable amount of time
4. No lighting facility in the ticket counter area

I feel really ashamed as an Indian citizen, because for a compliant filed Nov 3, 2011, still I haven’t got any reply. The compliant mentioned here is not just a concern faced by me. It is a concern for all the localities. I thought IRCTC will react immediately on seeing this compliant. At least a reply will keep us active. Otherwise we and you should also feel ashamed for being IC.
