It is a regular to the staff at Hindupur ticket counters to closed at 9.20pm to 10.30. The timings of working is not exhibited at the new terminal of hindupur railway station. on 25-4-2011,When it is closed I lost a train to travel to Secunderabad, as I could not buy tic ket at this counter. After the opeining when I quistioned about timings, the booking clerck argues that it is a dinner time for him.
The ticket issuing staff is working in hindupur staion since from decades and the behaviour of them are very irregular. One of the booking clerck is having railway reservation agency in his relation name and running benefits to his customers such as issuing first tatkal tickets to his agency even though the passengers standing at ques in the very early hours. New faces at this station to be replaced very particular in ticket counter is badly needed as the behaviour will be cautious and the services ment for public will be served.
