I cancelled my E railway ticket on 24.11.10 of lucknow express having PNR no4123455112 for journey from Bhopal to Lucknow. Receipt no of refund is
334******** Refund amount is RS1914/- Refund date is 30.11.10 This amount has not been credited in my bank account so far inspite of considerable dealy.
Complainant's Goal: refund amount may be credited in my bank accoount without any more delay.
