This is a complaint for the selfie stick i bought from

I bought it from store instead of online shopping for the sole
reason of warranty/Guarantee. And I confirm the same to store
also about the warranty. They said six month warranty. Same was
available online at almost half price online but no warranty.
I brought this selfie stick home and tried to charge and the
connector was faulty and it went inside .i.e its soldering came
out. The other day I went to showroom to replace the stick. They
said it is physical damage and cannot be replaced or repaired.
The selfie is new and didnt fall down for physical damage. Also I
didnt do anything which will cause the damage still they were not
listening and constantly saying the same thing again and again
about physical damage. After raising voice and calling to their
complaint department they agreed of the repair.
I tried 9-10 times calling about the status of repairing. First
few occasion they said they are looking into market for the
connector. Now they are saying the connector is not available. I
saw when they opened that selfie stick there were only soldering
came out and connector was damaged and nothing else was damaged
the board was all good. Now this connector is commonly found flat
pin nowadays found in almost all the android mobiles and has to
be commonly found.
This store is fraud and i advice not to buy any product from this
store to all the people in this forum.
I yet to collect my selfie stick from this store and its been
with them for almost 1 and half months.
