Indian Railways - The waiting list moved to RAC but the TTR assing the passager to get down

I had a train ticket to travel from Bangalore to Chennai on 21 st Feb-2010 in Train No-2962. The waitlisetd ticket moved to R B1 55 and appeared in the station systems and net. I boarded the train as mentioned as A/C 3-tier coach B1. The TTR received my E-ticket and wrote \"Dropped\" on my ticket and asked to get down. This travel is official and my company checked in the net and verified the status as \"RAC\". I want to raise a complaint against the \"TTR\" who asked me get down from the coach.
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back and the TTR has to be punished for the wrong instruction
