Dear sir, on 21 January 2014, after receiving the product,i came to know that the product is defective.I called customer care of shoppingindiatime.com.He assured me that within 24 to 48 hours he will solve my problem.As per his instruction i have send 3 snapshots of the broken product.Since then this fraud online company has not called to me and even no mail reply was received by me.up till now I have spent Rs.80 for calling this fraud company.I have send 5 reminders by my registered mail but then also there is no reply.And today when I called ,I got answer that my complaint is closed without giving me information..
Sir, if i am lying then I can provide all the call records which I have done to this fraud company and even I can produce the print screen snapshots of my mails which I have forwarded to this fraud company.And if this fraud company is right then they should also provide the mails which they have forwarded to me and the recorded conversation which was done between me and the customer care executive of this fraud online shopping company.
