I had ordered 5 bottles of Vinod Steel for which full advance payment was made. When we recieved the consignment we found 2 bottles to be defective and we sent them back for replacement. Indiatimes group accepted that the bottles are faulty and promised to change them. Now it has been more then 75 days and even after reminding the customer care many many times I keep getting the reply that the bottles will be delivered soon and somebody will call me soon to provoide the status but nothing happens. New link order 3002623482 was generated on 24th august after much delay already and repeated complaints but the bottles have not been delivered even as of now. The final date for the delivery of the bottles was 5th September and I have been reminding them every three days of the delay but all that get to hear is that the order manager will get back .....

This has been the case for many weeks now and I see that the bottles are in stock but still not being delievered
