I was travelling by Train No.12430 from Secunderabad to bANGALORE by 3A on 23 rd May 2012.

The whole compartment was DIRTY WITH LEFT-OVERS.TOILETS were empty with water. PLASTIC CARTONS WEER BLOCKING THE TOILET PATH.

Thwe vegetatarian was food was of low quality. The quantity was NOT sufficient.

Will someone responsible will look into it?
