Dear Concern,

I travelled in Train # 12737 with PNR 114-9732634 (Tatkal) Goutami Express dated 27th Feb 2011 from Rajahmundry to Secundrabad in Coach #S6 with berth no's 59,61,62. I occupied the berth # 62 and I found two screws attached to the bars were pearcing from the berth and I was hurt with those screws.

I am sorry to say but i never experienced this type of situation in a Super Fast express. It has been poorly maintained and they are lot of coachroaches in the compartment.

I have a very painful experience with this super fast. I request you to maintain the minimum requirements to the passengers as they are paying for it.
