my name is harish kumar and my contact no-********97.this is my 3rd mail to u guys I AM VERY THANK FULL TO U AND YOUR COMPANY FOR PROVIDING ME VERY VERY POOR SERVICE for your blessing my bal is right now in (-5)i am very upset for your service last 1 week i am cannot be able to make a any cal to through my phone.

Aircel  customer service called to check if my previous issue has been resolved or not , that’s really a personnel way of keeping a customers happy and involved … I know it’s not a big deal but they just add a cherry on the cake …. M really happy with Aircel.
