The complaint is regarding PNR No 2********2(e-ticket)booked on 18.10.12 through IRCTC.On 19.10.12,In the morning,I was trying to cancel the ticket,before the preparation of chart,but it was not getting cancelled,so I was forced to file a TDR in this regard via reference no ekt2012101********1.But till date I have not got the refund for the cancelled ticket.Please look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest.
It have been over 3months,yet I have not received the amount yet.Do treat this matter as urgent and refund the amount at the earliest as it have been much late.

The complaint is regarding PNR-2303880746(e-ticket)booked on 30.03.2015 through IRCTC.29.05.2015, in the morning, I was trying to cancel the ticket but it was not getting cancelled,so I was forced to file TDR on 30.05.2015 this regad via Registration no:DER040615W10171, Cancellation no:100000050403485,EFT NO:2303880746, TDR Statu:CR REGISTERED and TDR ZONE:EASTERN ZONE. But till date I have not got the refund for Cancelled ticket.Please look into the matter and refund the at the earliest.
