Sir/Madam,
I have take a ticket from bolpur station to saithia station of EXP train at 11.38 a.m. 16.09.2016. Scheduled arrival of Siuri EXp is 12 .00 noon.So I just Board the Train and landed at Sainthia station. Then chequer ask me to show the ticket after seeing the ticket he told me this is late runned HWH - RPH super fast Express but you have a EXP ticket.
So you have to pay fine Rs.-265/-. I told them this was an unwanted mistake due the no announcement of late arrival of Suri EXP at Bolpur Station and no Tag of Super fast Train on the body of HWH- RPH intercity. So I just board the train think as Siuri EXP. As per Railway Act they fined me and I have given that fine, but they never admitted that yes this is an unwanted mistake due to their late running of both train, as well as no super fast tag on the body of the train and no announcement by the railway about the late arrival of Siuri EXp. When I want the complain book from the station master to write down my complain, on duty station Master of Saithia Station & The Chequer just misbehaving me like I am Thief and travelling without ticket.Lastly they given me the complain book but they denied to sign on the witness box of my complain.
Due to late running of their service railway accused me as a defaulter and fined me as per railway act.But Being a simple passenger with the ticket but in wrong train due to railways mismanagement , I am Harassed and penalised.So please tell me is that a proper judgement ? Please take required action on it.
