Indian Railways - TDR Refund Amount

Dear Sir/Madam i have booked a ticket Swatantrata S Exp (12562) travel date on 15th January 2018. This train late by more then 8 hours. Then I am file TDR against PNR No. 2441034843 but 27/3/18 Provided information by Railway as per chart passenger has been traveled. But my passenger has traveled Vaishali S Exp (12554) on 15th January 2018. So how to possible one passenger travel two different rout and train. This is not possible so i request rechecking Chart Swatantrata S Exp and check Vaishali S Exp Chart. And please provide my refund quickly. I am submit traveled train details and TDR details are below.
