I have file 2 TDRs of etickets from IRCTC as per the following details but till date I have not received the refund on any of them. I have followed up with IRCTC but have been told that 90 days is a normal TAT. However in these cases more than 6 months have passed, but I have not got the refund yet.
The TDR Status for both is showing as : Forwarded to Railway
The Refund Status : Refund under Process

Reason : Train Cancelled (due to bandh called by ruling party)

Reason : Passenger Not Travelled (both passangers)
Please let me know how longer it will take the Indian Railways to process this.
