Student - TDR done fund refund is still awaited

I booked my ticket trough IRCTC from Madhupur to Firozabad My PNR No. was 6447391864 travel date was 24.11.2010 but i did not travel Because Train Late More Than 4 Hours. I filled TDR on 25.11.2010 reference No. is ekt2010112501828334 but till date i did not get refund.
