Student - one subject result left(uom)

i'm doing bca(university of madras). in my april 2010 result one of the sub code(SAZ4B - operating system) &mark is left .. i verified in the univ bca section they check & told me ''u r mark is 86 " but now i wrote it as arrear paper because in nominee i have that subject.

what can i do ??? pls get back my 86 mark. help me because i am final year student ...
