Indian Railways - TDR claim not processed after 8 months !

Dear Sir,

I had filed a TDR for PNR 2515531584 on 15 Nov 2008 on account of the train being more than 8 hrs delayed. The website shows approval by Admin but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 8 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.

I had filed a TDR for PNR 22******** on 20.10.2009 on account of Passenger Not Travelled being more than 8 hrs delayed. The website shows Forwarded To Railway but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 8 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.
