On Dec 20, 2011 I had been to Attur rly stn for tatkal ticket. Though provision is there for the same, i was denied for issue of the same and hence could not perform my travel which was very urgent. Kindly look into this and ensure such inconveniences do not occur for the public in general. otherewise it is suggested to remove such service so that we can try at other place well in advance without losing time. Also the railways can save monies on the salaries paid to the reservation clerk.
