Indian Railways - Taktal failed transaction, money deducted.

Today (11/6/12) i tried to book 3 tatkal tickets from RDM to MAO. During processing stage, the transaction got failed, yet the money has been deducted from my account. I guess this complaint is'nt new and it ll keep repeating in the future too !!
I need the money back and its very important now.

Complainant's Goal: I want my Money Back.
