I bought one unit of "Velocity Multi Orbitrack" , a health fitness equipment from this shop on 29th Oct 2011.Within the completion of just one month , when I was working out on the equipment , the pedal broke making me loose balance and I fell down. I have paid Rs.9000 , (Nine thousand rupees only) for the purchase and when I called up the shop refused to acknowledge the fault in the equipment ; neither showed any concern on the consumer's safety. The shop insists that they will not replace the faulty equipment;neither they are ready to do free service to the affected customer.
