I have been a regular customer of Hathway cable for the past 5 years. We do not have the option to install dish as the association does not permit dishes in the community. So we have no option but to go with Hathway Cable.

We have requested Hathway cable to add 'Tarang TV' channel from orissa to his list. He has not done anything about my request for the past 1 year. There are 8 channel from bengal but only 2 channels from orissa. Senior citizens need regional channels. We feel so helpless. I wish cable TV should service my request.

Complainant's Goal: Add for Oriya channels to the list of channels.

I am also a customer of Hathway cable. I belongs to orissa and staying in Pune. My parents require Oriya channel Taranga.
