I had bought a uniconnect sim card for malaysia and i was experiencing issues recharging the number from malaysia. i called their customer care and Ronit, who was attending my call was really impatient, and least interested in addressing my problem. When i asked him if he could help me out with this, he outright refused and said thats something i will have to do, its not his business. Was he saying that its not his business to address customer issues??? Such pathetic services! Better stay away from Uniconnect who cant even provide basic customer support.
