My mob No ********29 . without my desire some facilities has been activited for which your company subscribe few charges pm please stop such facilities at earliest.

Complainant's Goal: to stop others facilities except in/out going calls

this is my complaint or i want to ask u that why airtel users get only 349 msg only per month at rs/-29 instead of 600 as of dokomo user
