after long sleep someone from airtel with number ********02 called and heard whole story, did not know how to contact his customer cre center- i gave him contact number of one of those morons at so called airtel customer care center at sector 3 rohini in front of m2k- the caller again went for sleep. whole company is studded with hopeless jokers- wiser option would have been to reconnect my number ********00 and then search for my second copy of documents which these morons have either lost or may be sold another sim on my name to osme crminal.

after solving this nuisense i will switch over to some sensible network and i appeal to general public not to get trapped with airtel.
