I will summarise my journey step wise and you can find many issues.

1. I booked a sleeper ticket (side lower birth) in New Delhi - Puri express(2815) from New Delhi to Gaya. It started on time but there was people who doesn't have the reservation borded the train and asked for slight space as they will get down at Aligarh in next 1 hour(as they said but it is more than 2 hours). Few gave them slight space but slowly there was no space to expand one's feet. Commuters are in hope that after Aligarh they will relax. If some body resisting, few are even mouthfalling.

2. TTE's just passing by without checking the tickets, whether they are genuine ticket holders or not.

3. At Aligarh station, they left and another lot of people/staff & police personnel came in, again they said same thing as it is a matter of 1 hour. After aligarh and till Gaya, it was mostly the UP Police staffs are encroaching the space.

4. At all the places at Fatehpur, Allahabad, MugalSarai, Dehri - same things gets repeated and it was virtually a no-reservation train.

5. I don't know what the TTE's were doing and whether they can do anything. This is a very serious issue but non is caring and is passing by.

The concerned authority must place a guideline for TTE's (what to do), UP Police (Where they should seat, should go to reserved bogies or not) and same for staffs.

I hope and wish there must be some action on it.

Thanks!
Dinesh Kumar
