Indian Railways - Service rendered to me is not acceptable

Sir ,
I have reserved a ticker for my wife, Mrs S Kavitha, for her journey from Chengannur to Kannur on 19 Jun 2011 by 12202 Kochuveli- Lomanya Thilak Garib Rath Express vide PNR No 454-2607522. On reaching the station on the date at 10.30 hrs I came to know that the train is CANCELLED. When I enquired the matter to the enquiry clerk present in the enquiry counter, he told me the train is cancelled and i dont know the reason. When I enquired what should a passenger to do, he shouted on me and asked 'you want me to run the train ? ' " you go and ask anybody else or the duty station master. Sir, these type of behaviour from an enquiry clerk to a passenger whose train is cancelled can not be accepted and tolerated. I hope the man is sitting in that chair as a representative of Indian Railways and should have the capabiloity to answer politely and decently. These type irritating characters should be instructed to behave properly to public, at least to an individual whose lost his journey and plannings with out his mistake. I hope the railways will intiate appropriate action and instruct the genteleman ,to behave properly in future days , who was in the chair of enquiry clerk at 10.30 hrs on 19 Jun 2011 (Sunday) at Chengannur railway station.
