Dear sir
Myself Bhairab Bhuyan I am a customer of Nokia brand mobile model C6-01 , IMEI no 35********16245 current job sheet no 120714/6 this mobile has came to Nokia Care center Gurgaon . but your mobile engineers are unable resolved my the problem, when I purchased the mobile then after some days mobile got charging problem ..
I have submitted my devise to local Nokia care centre on 7 th july 2012 and after one month on 8 august i received my devise as my problem is solved .
But in the very next day gaian my mobile arise the same problem . On very next day I hva efully chrged my mobile and went to my office . But after 10 mints when Ii tried to call someone I saw my mobile was switch off automatically .On 11 th july I again visited my local nokia care and tellthem the story and they have told me that it will take time to resolved the problem and I have to submite my devise and bettary also and i do as guided .
surprisingly I have purchge my mobile on oct 2011 and it is still in the warrenty periode .
So I want replacement for my devise as I am harassed and fedup with nokia service. For the first time I got my devise after One month and I think it will take another one month for .
After all of above mentioned problems I have irritated from my mobile, kindly refund my mobile cost or issue me new mobile of same model.
