So frustrated with Uniconnect’s customer care staff, who have absolutely no sense of handling customer queries or issues. I was in Germany and in the middle of my business call when my phone just went blank. Signals, no signals, it just didnt work. On calling the customer care number, they said that the sim that i was using has lived through its validity and wont be functional now. Not only did i lose some 5k on that number, but also was given a product that was non functional despite their knowledge. Totally disappointed with such companies
