My uncle had done online booking from my travelling Dader to Banglore in train no 6529 (Udyan Express) having Transction Id 0239042160 and PNR NO : ********48 For that booking in 2A and ticket no A2 43 / 44 / 47 /48 but in train 46 is the last seat no so in their travelling they not get seat which is cheating even T.C. not give proper response and not give complain book to them
Complainant's Goal: I want refund with Penalty 10 times and sorry letter

I support this complaint. If any person find without ticket railway charged 10 times penalty and fare in this case railway issue ticket but not allot ticket so they have to pay 10 times panelty
