Naaptol - screen goes off and battery not good

Dear

I purchased a BOSS SLIDER 360 thru naaptol.com,but it\'s not working good.it\'s screen goes off when i slides it up and down.mostly it happens to me.And it\'s battery also not working good.it goes off after 1-2 hour.I have send a mail regarding this to BOSS CUSTOMER CARE,BUT THERE IS NO ANSWER.it\'s in warranty time ,so please do the needful
