i had booked greenapple mp3/mp4 player of 8gb capacity agnst order 155166 on 24.01.2010. received the player with only 4 gb capacity. contacted customer care immediately they asked us to send the product through courier and told us it would be replaced immediately. We sent the product and got the acknowledgement that they received it and told us the correct product would reach us within 7 10 days. now it is 3 months we have not recei ved the product. After repeated calls to so called customer we even told them that if replacement is not possible refund our money immediately. Till datewe have not received the product nor the money. Kindly escalate the matter.
