Respected Sir/ Madam,

Last time I was travelling from Secunderabad to Howrah by 18646 East Coast Express. My journey started on 7-6-2012 and my PNR NO was 455-2491060. The journey was good and the behaviour of your staff was very coordial. Coach attendant and other service personnel have maintained a very good temperature of AC. Food was also good. In fact there was no problem. But some mischief have been committed by some fault finding customers and they have entered wrong complaints in your register against your staff which was totally wrong and baseless. So all the grievances should be carefully checked and baseless complaints should not be taken care of.
