I ordered blackberry phone Naaptol shopping.I got this product within 7 days but with product i haven't received headphone & battery after that i immediately called to up to Naaptol customer care (********48) executive & they informed that will get missing accessories within 7 -10 working days but I really apprenticed with Naaptol service that item I have received it within 6 days at my doorstep & about phone its working in well condition & I likes its features also because I got it such cost.
