On 25th September 2014, I got a call from Sandsshoppinghub.

A kind lady informed me that their company selected me to receive a FREE GIFT provided I make a purchase of only Rs.4999/-. She asked me to select which gift I want. I selected DELL LAPTOP CORE I3. She confirmed the same gift again and again and asked to make conditional purchase of Rs.4999/- to receive the FREE GIFT “DELL LAPTOP CORE I3”.

The call was then transferred to some other person and he also confirmed me the FREE GIFT as “DELL LAPTOP CORE I3”

The call was again transferred to some other person senior level officer named: Shri Mohit Bajaj. He also confirmed the FREE GIFT as “DELL LAPTOP CORE I3”. Again and again he confirmed the FREE GIFT as ‘DELL LAPTOP CORE I3” only if I make the purchase during the conversation of this call.

During the conversation, they also informed me that I can call “CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER” which also appears on the screen for any problems.

They also impressed me by stating that it is ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

As the gift is confirmed as DELL LAPTOPO CORE I3, again and again by many persons and the website looks like very genuine and transparent, I made the conditional purchase so as to receive the FREE GIFT - DELL LAPTOP CORE I3.

After making payment, some other person called me and informed that the computer server not selected the free gift as DELL LAPTOP CORE I3.

I strongly feel that I was cheated to the core, by confirming the FREE GIFT as “DELL LAPTOP CORE I3 again and again by many persons.

I wonder how they can easily cheat me by confirming the FREE GIFT as “DELL LAPTOP CORE I3 again and again .

And overall the conversation is not clearly audible. I also wonder whether it is intentionally made so as to confuse people and trap them.

I strongly believe that many people like me would have been cheated by this way.

Again on 07.10.2014. one person namely Mr. Anurag called me . He informed me the following.

1. It is true that certain employees in order to increase the sales turnover made false promise that i got a confirmed gift "DELL COMPUTER"

2. The management fired all those employees

3. He offered another gift of Rs.25,000/- worth 14 carrot gold branded jewellary along with the ordered items

4. He also assured one surprise gift valued Rs.7,000/- to 15,000/- before deevali.

5. I only need to send one satisfactory reply.

I asked him to mail me the details in order to decide whether to accept or not.

But, so far I have not received the details.


Later in the internet i came to know that this company is in the habit of cheating many persons from 2012 onwards.

It is astonishing how a campany can cheat continually for more than 2 years in INDIA.
