I am furious & annoyed with the kind of communication i have had with your Telecalling Executive Mr. Amit Singh. I would like to complain regarding the fraudulent way your executive has taken in provoking me into buying a combo offer of 4999 rs. I was contacted saying that Rohit Singh(who is my son), has been selected in some online buyer contest. I was convinced into buying the combo offer worth 4999/- that shall fetch me another gift worth 30,000rs,which could be a smartphone... On repeated enquiries about the gift,your executive,Amit Singh said i would be allowed to chose once i made the transaction.I had wanted a smartphone which i kept on saying (as could be heard from the recorded audio if u require).
Moreover,i did not receive any msg after making the purchase.Instead,i was asked my debit card details to re-confirm the code.I denied giving the pin due to security reasons. I was then contacted saying that i shall be confirmed my free gift once i receive my order.I felt betrayed & i enquired about the process. The concerned executive said the gift shall not be chosen by me but will be done in random order selection process.
I then asked to cancel my order which has not been listened to yet.
I have gone through your refund policy & therefore would want u to take necessary actions & get the cancellation done. If u want u could listen to the conversation of ur executives with me & my assistant(who is a lady).
I has not been provided my order no. also in either my mail or phone no. which is ********81.The order was taken on thursday,12th Dec,2013.
Need necessary actions ASAP!!!
