Hi,

I was thoroughly insulted and abused right in front of several customers and the sale counter person by your customer representative who was very rude and loud. Actually I asked for home delivery and provided my carry bags for the same. The regular home delivery bag was not provided by the person and he was forcing me to buy it from the store which I refused because I had mine which he refused. Then he started abusing and refused to take it for home delivery. With great difficulty, I managed to book it for home delivery but he was yelling till the last minute. I have taken snaps of him on my phone for future reference. It was very much shocking to face this kind person, that too in front of my wife and public. She was also thoroughly insulted. We were planning to go to police station to register our complaint : at least for outraging the modesty of a woman. But controlled myself and left the place immediately.

Kindly take appropriate action against the person (attached) who is challenging your store's reputation.

expiration of gift voucher
I have send this mail to customer supprt of big bazaar whose content is as below-
i have 12 gift vochers no. PP/500/M01-2013/39 to PP/500/M01-2013/50. WHICH ARE NOT WORKING

presented this voucher to your BigBazaar, Bathinda cash counter but they didn't accept saying that it has got expired.
Two things are clearly mentioned on the card that

1.the card has been issued on 1st Jan 2017
2.the card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

I have talked 2 your customer help executive about this issue...what he said that the voucher got expired

My point is that voucher is valid for 12 months..and if you calculate 12 months from 1st January 2017..its 31st December 2017.
