I had booked one builder in roots courtyards project on sohna road , Sector 48 , Gurgaon in August 09 and Manager Marketing promised to start consturction by Sep ,09 but till no construction has been started by company .
i am regularly calling Builders head office at Sector 53 , Gurgaon but no body picks up the phone .
Markeiting manager Mr Kumar Anand spoke to me very rudely on the phone i
I am trying to sell this builder floor in the market but no body is ready to purchase this floor in resale even at par selling price
Kindly help me and instruct Builders to refund the amount paid by me till Date Rs 5.88 lacs

Exactly....the same thung is happening with other 64 clients of Roots..........the thing which annoys is their way of talking.....highly unprofessional.......rude......they make the excuses for their business such as ....today is 'Maliksaab ke ghar shaadi hai'.....aaj election hai.........aaj malik saab ke chacha gujar gaye.......aaj garmi hain........i think all clinets of traped by this crook should collect and take strict action against them!!
